Best Prohormones for Strength with Little Weight Gain?

Yes, i have offended some of my female clients like this. They say “i just want to lose some 10lbs and get rid of my belly fat” and then i go : “myea, its more like 30lbs if lucky” and they are offended because they think im saying they are SOOO FAT.
I mean, if we dont talk pro level, but normal people - lean guys can ALWAYS drop 10lbs more. If you have some visible fat, losing 10lbs probably wont make much difference, haha.
When i was at my leanest, and i was very very lean, my weight fluctuated from 213 to 220 on daily basis. 10lbs is NOTHING.
Its usually twice or even tripple of what we think we need to lose.

Especially men after a heavy bulk. We want to think that out of these 40lbs we gained, at least half is muscle. But nope. Most times only like 5lbs is muscle, haha. And when we go lean, we feel like we lost ALL muscle. But we didnt. The muscle was never there.
