Looking for a program that only involes squatting twice a week at most any suggestions?
Have you tried the conjugate method? One day per week of a max effort squat variation and one day per week of varying squats for speed? Read up on Westside Barbell and Louie Simmons if this sounds interesting to you. 5/3/1 is a tried and true program but Westside is more fun in my experience, from both a sheer lifting standpoint as well as experimenting with my own programming.
