What are your favorite hypertrophy programs? I have been program hopping (sp?) after my last competition 5 weeks ago and have limited funds for an offseason coach. I would love to know what has worked for others–I love to lift, but need to be compliant and accountable to a program. My goals are to build muscle and get a bit stronger in the process of course!

Here is a good program for building muscle and strength… I compete in figure and have followed something similar to this. (It’s not just for bodybuilders…) you can follow a similar concept and tweak it according to your goals.
