Best Plan for Natural Lifters - Starting Weights

I love the program! What would be the best way to determine starting weights? Would it be 80 percent of 10rm?

I am into cycling and plan to combine the plan with five days of cycling. Anything else I should watch out for?

Honestly, it’s hard to recommend weights because of the methods used. People really differ in their eccentric and isometric capacities. Some people will have a drastic decrease in weights when emphasizing one or the other while others have only a small drop-off. Worst case scenario, do the program for 7 weeks and let “week 1” be a test week to play with the methods and select the proper weights
