Best Nutrition/Training Combo?

Hi everyone, I’m wondering what combination of an exercise plan and nutritional plan, gave you the best results? By best results I am looking at leaning out/building muscle. Please specify what the specific combo was good at achieving, ie. fat loss, muscle gains, mass gains in general etc.

( I am looking to try a workout plan and nutrition plan combo that can kick fat, and after I do that I am looking for a Muscle building nutrition and workout plan. I am still debating what to do first. )

Thanks!

Howdy,

Well, coming up with a “best” plan is really largely debatable. To answer your question here is what I have done and various points in my training/dieting…

Nutritional Plan/Workout Plan

Atkins/Abs Diet Workout
Atkins/Body for Life
Atkins/AbSolution
Abs Diet/Training Split
T-Dawg 2.0/Total Body Training
Precision Nutrition/Full Body Fat Loss

My best results have come when using John Berardis Precision Nutrition. I lost more weight on Atkins but it was easy because I was so overweight. Its all trial and error man. What works best for me may not work so well for you.

Simple and varied.

A solid and simple nutrition plan I like following the Seven Habits and T-Dawg 2 type of diet works for me just adjust intake to my goals

Then a solid training program based in the basics, the BIG compounds,

The key is for both consistancy and hard work. You get out what you put in.

For losing fat try a Zig-zag diet and EDT.

The absolute crazy freakazoid diet training program I did. Was take 15 weeks and Combine the beverly international nutrition program with a high volume superseting opposing bodyparts. chest one minute rest back 1 min rest. For ten total sets each bodypart, quad ham, bi, tri, with shoulders do tri sets.

using their supplements mass and ultra lean out and a multi. keeping posworkout lowgi, but very high protein and using TRIBEX plus Methoxy-7.and a fat burner. Also on two workouts a week leg and chest back I would train on an empty stomach with 30 g of bcaa, therms , green tea, then have breakfast. making sure to have two high carb days a week split up.
