Hi everyone, I’m wondering what combination of an exercise plan and nutritional plan, gave you the best results? By best results I am looking at leaning out/building muscle. Please specify what the specific combo was good at achieving, ie. fat loss, muscle gains, mass gains in general etc.
( I am looking to try a workout plan and nutrition plan combo that can kick fat, and after I do that I am looking for a Muscle building nutrition and workout plan. I am still debating what to do first. )
