I was just wondering what would be some good neck exercises in place of the old school neck machine. I just recieved my strength and conditioning manual from the college i will be attending, and it says to do neck excersizes often, but my gym does not have a standard neck machine. What are the best excersizes to do?
Use your hand as resistance you can do supermaximal eccentrics this way.
Also using plates on your head while laying on a bench and simply doing things like holding yourself at an angle against a wall.
