Best Method to Obtain My Goals


I am 35(slowing metabolism) and 6'00 232lbs and approximately 18%-24% body fat. I have a lot of asymmetry/ muscular imbalance from learning how to lift weights from morons. My goals is to build lean/pliable mass to about 7%-10% body fat; increase lung capacity/ anaerobic capacity/endurance. My preference is to lift with dumbbells due to skeletal asymmetry in my right arm and leg. i am looking on methods, tips, or general advise to help me achieve these goals
