Hey all, I am just looking to get ppls opinions on the best overall training program that they have used strictly to add some size. Any input would be appreciated.
Hit Search, look for “Massive Eating Reloaded” parts 1 and 2.
Then use a good weight training program. Look in the articles, training, section.
Start out with the good 'ole Waterbury ABBH program. I’m actually DIETING right now and have been using the program for two weeks. While dieting, I went from 203 at 14.4% BF to 210 at 11% BF in two weeks! I can’t imagine what I’d gain had I backed off on cardio and upped my calories a little more. Just type in “ABBH” in the search engine, it’ll take you to the original Anti-BodyBuilding Hypertrophy Program. Start there. It seems easy at first, but it gets real tough (imagine dieting while doing it!), especially in weeks 2 and 3. I think you’ll be pleased with the results!
For me, nothing packs it on like Growth Surge Stage 2 with the 2-a-days
