Question for anyone reading this: which 531 template/program gave you the best results in terms of mass gain? I want to try one that focuses on mass as the primary goal and I’m curious to see what a lot of people will say.
Boring but Big.
I used a 3 day/week full body approach consisting of only 7 movements. Got way stronger but also put on more mass than when I put a focus on mass doing body part splits and shite like that. Didn’t overeat or any bull like that, just solid mass gains with much less volume than I thought was necessary.
I would say BBB or a 3 day Full Body template .
For some reason I’ve always done quite well on the simplest strength template
