I would like opinions on the best diet for adding mass. I have followed the Anabolic Diet for years and had good results. But now I have started a new sport and want to add another 20 lean pounds but understand that I will have to add 10 pounds of fat as well. I find at my weight (328) I can’t eat enough to add weight on the AD. When I reach my goal I will probably go back on the AD. What are some ideas “get Big Diet” etc. Thanks PS Waiting for friday for that new diet to released in the new issue.
