Hi!
I am now on a diet, but have only 5 weeks left until my cut is off. I was therefor thinking of finding myself a new program that i can use to bulk. My chest is the biggest weakpoint in my physique, and the shoulders could also become a little bigger. Because of this i was thinking of a program that would bring up these musclepart good.
Do anybody here have any suggestion’s to any program out there that would help me?
