I was wondering if anyone had strong feelings about the type of magnesium that they take. I take Calm (Magnesium Citrate). This helps me sleep better, reduces cramps, and gets the bowels moving in the morning (lightning fast!). Haha.
I heard Dr. Rob Kominiarek mention on a podcast that there was a particular form of Mg that is metabolized better than others…but I can’t find that podcast again. I also see an extended release formula on Life Extension.
