What is the best female muscle building/fat loss workout program, in your opinion?
Eating less. The last meme t-nation put up from my quotes was about this. There’s no best fat loss/program in the gym. Your biggest weapon in increasing fat burning is simply achieving an energy deficit.
Really liked the article…but to clarify…do you really recommend getting all those reps in every day? 50 pull ups and 100 lat raises? Change it up at all each day or just the like you wrote?thanks in advance
