Best Exercises for VMO?

Hey man, i know you wrote an article on this topic years ago where you said the Leg Extensions, Split squats along with some hack squat variaitions targets the “Teardrop muscle” best but i was wondering if your stance on the topic has changed?

Also, do you find that Cycling (Sprint Cycling, not long distance) build the VMO muscle?
