I am transgender and hoping to increase the size of my hips. What are some good exercises that I could employ to target them specifically? Thank you all for your time!
There is not much you can do about the width of your hips; it is mostly determined by your bone structure, which you cannot change. Short of gaining a lot of body fat and hoping some of it ends up on your hips/thighs which is probably not desirable, there is not much you can do, although fat distribution may change as your hormone levels adjust. Anything that works your glutes (high rep ATG Squats, etc.) may add some shape to your glutes which may make your hips appear rounder.
