Best Dynamic Quad Stretches

I have found through personal experience that dynamic stretching makes much more of a difference for me. I’m in anterior pelvic tilt and another (seemingly) unrelated lower back injury and am looking to really stretch out my quads. Thanks

I have also found that dynamic stretching work better than static, at least for increasing my active range-of-motion. Doing bodyweight bulgarian split squats with both front and back legs elevated for increased ROM gives my quads a good stretch.

Got to agree with SmallMike split squat with the front foot elevated for the quads/hip flexors.
