Best during workout/sport drink???

I use 15g whey isolate, 30 grams dext, and creatine, usually Swole, but sometimes V12 whatever i have. Then post i used 50g prot and 30 grams dext and 70 grams malto all bought in bulk. Works wonders for me. I am not on 4-ad-ec and my recovery is the great. Gonna add 2 grams of C and 400iu E bout an hour or two before see what happens. I would just do Surge but im poor hehe. Honestly 1 scoop surge during and 2 after would be great.

Funkmaster, how do you like the Swole and/or V-12? Which do you prefer? Surge is way to expensive for a highschool kid like me, but I’d consider looking into V-12 or Swole V2 as a replacement for the plain creatine monohydrate I’m taking now.
