i’ve been reading through archive but really couldnt find anything , so what is the best diet for fat loss that tmag has ever reccommended based on results. I have alreasy lost 15 pounds but i want to change my body composition i a m a fat ass

3)Fat loss that is gradual, with the best preservation of Lean Mass: Massive Eating “Don’t Diet”
Now…these are generalizations, and everyone will have their personal takes on the matter. But at least this is a place for you to start.
