I’m also pretty sure there aren’t any diets on here that promote building “unlean muscle and fat”.
there is no magical diet that will transform you from skinny to BAFM in a few months, just eat above maintenance
calories get alot of protein and if your worried about gaining to much fat only eat carbs in the first few meals of the day and pre and post workout, also dont be afraid of fats, fats dont make you fat over consumption of highly refined carbs make you fat, eat a reasonable amount of fat, take flame out if your into supplements but you can get most of your daily fats from eggs and red meat.
