Best Diet With Clen?

I am 6’2"/195 lbs./9% bf and starting a clen cycle. Is the V-Diet the best choice for me to burn off more body fat to get more cut or should I go a different route?

I read somewhere that in order to get the best benefits of clen you needed to consume .5 grams of carbs per pound of body weight, is that correct?

Get shredded or v-diet. I wouldn’t normally do them due to muscle loss, but the clen anti-catabolic properties will help a lot with that.
