So i was wondering what the best diet for training for football and obtaining maximum results from weight lifting was. I wanted to do the paleo diet what do you guys think about that ive heard alot of things about it and i dont know what to do really.
It’s a good, healthy diet. Might be hard to follow sometimes.
Whatever you do, it’s going to have to be high calorie, keep that in mind.
Did you consult your coaches? When you say diet, are you trying to gain weight or lose fat? I never played football, but my understanding is that the amount of lifting and conditioning that is done, a diet would not be necessary. Unless you’re a sloppy, 300+lb lineman.
