Best Deadlift Variation for Running Improvement?

I’m curious to hear what people think is the best deadlift variation to improve running: conventional, sumo, or trap bar.

Running, like sprinting? Or distance running?

I wouldn’t even bother with deadlifts to help running. If I had to choose, I’d go trap bar as it is the closest to a squat and quad strength is very important. Sumo would be my last option.

EDIT: If we’re not talking sprinting then I’d definitely wouldn’t bother for carryover.
