I recently bought the econo prowler from elite fts. I was wondering what day(s) would be the best to use it in my current training schedule… was thinking maybe tuesday and/or friday
Mon: RE upper
Tue: DE lower (though maybe subtituting this with the sled push/pull and some weighted lunges)
Wed: off
Thur: ME upper
Fri: off/extra(depends whether i need some extra aux work)
Sat: ME lower
Sun: off
Don’t do it on Friday since you have ME lower the next day. Tuesday, or even Thursday would be good.
How hard were you planning on doing it? I use my sled dragging as more of an active recovery and would put it on wednesday.
If you’re going to make a workout out of it, that’s different.
Tuesday, Thursday or even Saturday as a good finisher after your ME Lower day.

I definitely plan to make a workout of it. Im thinkin almost definitely tuesday now.
