I am a huge fan of your best damn workouts for nattys and have done one and two repeatedly. I was thinking of kicking things up a bit by adding in the V-Diet. As of now, I am going to have to wait a bit because all of the gyms are closing and the world is ending. But if society doesn’t collapse, do you think I can do the V-Diet with the best damn workouts? The reason I ask is because of my back, I would have to modify so many of the V-Diet exercises it wouldn’t even resemble the same program.
