I’m a nurse, so I have a very unbalanced and stressful work schedule (nightshifts and double shifts). I can’t train 6 days a week but only 5. Do you think that is possibile to merge 2 daily workouts (pull+push) in one “full body” once a week?

No, especially not with your job. Just train less often but roll through the workouts in order… for example completing the 6 workouts might take you 10 days instead of 7.
