as You might remember I try Your BDWPFN Part 2 with implemented 5-3-1s for the big heavy four moves. What can I say, I’m in for 2 months now and it works great!
Now I’ve put on some fat which I want to lose (I’m now at 12-14% BF and try to get to 8%), but I want to stick to Your plan hence it does prevent me from building too much cortisol.
How would You set up macros for leaning out on Your bdwpfnl? And would it be wise to train with it under an Intermittent Fasting regime? I would appreciate to read what You think about it.
