So I’m tracking calories and not sure what to put the intensity at for the best Damn Workout.
I’m using an oura ring and for strength training there is a low, medium and high intensity.
If I’m doing the basic best Damn Workout theme and I workout for about one hour with 1.5-2.5 minute rests, what should I put as the intensity?
That is pretty much like worrying about the color of towels in the bathroom when the house is not built yet. I don’t know what tracker you are using so I have no idea what the intensity scale is
