Recently purchased your Maximum Muscle Blueprint, hoping it would be a low volume program like the best damn workout but in a traditional split format.
So i was wondering if you could do tbdp as a body part split.
So a chest day, back day, leg day ect. instead of a Push Pull split?
So a chest day would be
Dumbbell Bench: Rest Pause
Machine Press: Drop Set
Cable Fly: Mtor set
That wouldn’t really work since for the low volume approach to work, you need to hit each muscle 2-3x a week. So a body part split doesn’t work well.
