Coach love the program!!! My question is regarding Goblet Squat and the weight needed to hit 10-12 reps. I find it a real struggle to use enough weight and being able to hold it in position. Any suggestions?
Well it uses slow tempo, so the weight probably doesn’t need to be that high. You can substitute the Goblet squat for lumberjack squats
Could you just use a barbell variation with a load that allows you to stick to the prescribed tempo?
Do you mean it’s not heavy enough? A pair of 70s is nothing to scoff at for 10-12 slow reps.
Or is maintaining position the issue? keep chest up and keep your back tight.
