when you say 2 sets of 6 for the lifts that utilize double rest paused, is this the same weight for rest paused?
These sets are not typical warm-ups. They’re done with weights close to
your working set weight, or you can even use the same weight as your
work sets but do fewer reps. Basically, your level of effort on these
two sets is about 7 out of 10.

You do two preparation sets… one which would be a typical warm-up set so about 5/10 on the effort scale… then the second set is about a 7 or 8 on a scale of 10, then you do your work set which is the double rest/pause set
