What impact on workout will have Rhodiola in such scenario?:
- Waking up, taking Rhodiola on empty stomach
- Start of workout about 30-40 minutes later
Sometimes (when forgot) I take it after workout with other supplements: ashwaghanda, magnesium, D+K, zinc, B6 (and recently I’ve added Gotu Kola - maybe it’s overkill) and I wonder which way is more optimal for Rhodiola (pre or post).
