Been doing your best damn for 3 weeks now. I am forty tho and looking to drop some pounds as well. What would u advise ? Morning fasted cardio? Or maybe one of your other programs. The hero program looks interesting but I have little experience I some of the Olympic lifts and would probably just injure myself. As when I did crossfit the tendinitis in my forearms got Un bearable
