5’11, 190lbs, 9% body fat
training 7 years, 5 natural, 2 cycles before. First cycle was test only 500mg/wk for 8 weeks had to stop early gained around 10lbs on low cal diet, second cycles was test 500mg/wk deca 300mg/wk gained around 15 lbs, another low cal diet gained alot of strength. Both cycles nolva 40/20/20/20.
Just now starting my third cycle and im not sure what would be the best way to end it? Should I run my sust 12 weeks and stop my deca at 10 or should i extend my sust to 14 weeks and deca to 12 weeks?
My cycle as of now consists of
Sust 550mg/wk 1-14
Deca 400mg/wk 1-12
D bol 40mg/ed 1-4
Winny 50mg/ed 13-17
Starting week 20 Nolva 80mg first day front load 40/40/20/20/20
doing high cal diet with this one to see how much i can gain only had around 3000 cal last 2 cycles.

Was that confirmed with blood work?
No it was not but i felt great after pct and lost hardly any size or strength at all, so my natural test bounced back very nicely on both occasions or i would have lost alot of gains correct? Their is no other possible way to keep gains unless it did come back quicky.
Interested to see how you go with this cycle, im about to start the exact some. However, a little more sus 650/week and a little lesson deca 250/week. I will finish the deca at 10 weeks and the sus at 12 with letro throughout. Im a little concerned with my recovery, I will also use HCG with nolva, keep us updated on how you travel.
