Ok so i’m very new this. Been doing jiu-jitsu for 10 years now and starting to feel the wear and tear. Even though I’m young I can’t keep up my training with the elite competitiors. Was curious what the best cycle would be for my body type. Im 5’6, 180 pounds. Im a stalky 180 but have a hard time cutting fat. More built like a Josh Barnett (just a short version lol).
