Looking at doing basically same cycle as you except using test e and adding mast. Planning on 50mg var the entire 12 weeks. But I have a question… how much cardio did you do and timing of it? Thanks @thehebrewhero
I would do your cardio based on results. If you are losing fat, don’t up it. If you are stagnant bump it up.
