Anyone know of the best kinda CLA to buy?
Any brands anyone had a good experience with?

Now uses the Cis-9, Trans11 and Trans-10, Cis12 isomers. Those are supposed to be the best.

Yeah,but a lot of the CLA supplements don’t say if they use them or not.
So far,this looks like it contains all the isomers:

Anyone know If Flameout’s CLA comes from safflower or sunflower?
Also,does the Flameout contain all the isomers?
