Thought I would share this. It is a great article on bodybuilding that touches on all the basic components of training for bodybuilding.
If I were going to have a newbie read anything (other than a book- something that is short, concise, but full of good info), this would probably be it.
It's also a great refresher for someone at any level, imho. I know I got a lot out of it.
