hey everyone I’ve been doing my new workout it has free weights and high-intensity running circuits but i dont know if there’s a faster way to drop body fat? anyone know any workouts that have worked well for them? my workout is in teh training log section (Natalie’s training log) just wondering what tips were out there!!
Try Thibs Metabolic pairings 2x per weeks plus 2 heavy upper body workouts per week. Let me know if you need help setting up the sched etc.
hey thanks !! I have been looking at a ton of different work outs I THINK im going to go with the 2-weeks workouts from The Body Scultping Bible for Women and use their program and add in Tabata thrusters on my tuesday thursday and saturday cardio/ab days
it says i have to do 20 minutes of cardio. anyone have any suggestions on best 20 minute cardio types? i know running at a moderate pace for 20 minutes is great for endurance but i want something that will make me work twice as hard?
My suggestion for 20 mins cardio would be intervals. eg- If you are in a gym and on a bike 30 secs effort and 1 min recovery for 20 mins you can then reduce recovery as you get fitter.
You can use this with running or just about anything other exercise too, but make sure you start out with plenty of recovery in between efforts and work up to it.
hey thanks thats a great idea. im probably going to start with 2 minutes on (because thats what I have been doing for the past couple months) with about one minute recovery time (jogging)
