Hi guys I’ve been lifting for a couple of year but never payed attention to mu my diet and did program hopping. I am very weak. I came to the conclusion that since i can’t bench 2 plates, squat 2.5 plates and deadlift 4 plates I am still a beginner and I can/should milk my novice gains:
- EAT LOOOTS OF FOOD (maybe going gomad)
- RUNNING a BEGINNER ROUTINE. What do you recommend? SS, SL, greyskull LP, fierce 5? (i guess it isn’t a big of a matter, and that any of them would work but if I had to run one of them what would you suggest?
