How do you feel about the trap bar for carries?
Infinitely better than dumbbells. Still less than ideal compared to a real set of handles (for some reason, no one can really seem to move fast with a trap bar, and I’m thinking it’s just the design of it), but you can load it heavy enough to really get something out of it.

My assistance for the Big 3
-Pause Squats, Lunges, Front Squats
-All the Rows, Pullups any other pressing variation using Dumbells or a Bar or Dips
-Pause Deads and Tap n Go Deads
