Best Article on Making a Food Log


Could anyone point me to the best source of info on how to do the food log method of going slightly hypocaloric, etc for weight control? I want to get my sister to start using a food log, but she needs a good article or something.


write down the amount and time of everything that is consumed. after a week or two one will have a very good baseline from which to modify.

using a tracker like fit day is another option, but you would be surprised how much info is contained in a simple log.






Is that Fitday thing directly comparable to Berardi's www.precisionnutrition.com ?
