I was hoping for 4 floor ab exercises, besides sit ups and planks, lifters have found to be effective for strength sports.

Somewhat skeptical at first, but I'm doing WS4SB and I did saxon side bends today with dumbbells...Really were tough and will def do them again.
Weighted sit ups and weighted side bends are effective.
Weighted decline situps, ab rollouts (they will murder you, prepare to shit your pants when you try to get out of bed the morning after). Couple with planks, and you've got a pretty good ab routine.
