Best 5 Day Split?

Hey Thib, whats the best way to set up a 5 day split? Should we just use a 6 day order and let the final day roll over?

Trying to include the incline, decline and overhead all from pins along with atleast two high pull days. Worried the work won’t balance out correctly?

Ys, that’s what I recommend if you can only train 5 days a week (6 days split with a roll-over the next week)

Just to confirm the other hip day exercise would be the dead bar squats?
