I think Berardi once posted or had in his article a stuffed peppers recipe. I was going through his articles in archives but can’t find it. Does anyone remember this?
I think it may have been in a Men’s Fitness issue. He has one recipe per issue. I looked through a few issues, but didn’t find it. I thought I saw the recipe a while back though.
