You mentioned earlier you might be able to help me with this… I’m trying to clarify the EDT program, but after reading Staley’s article, they have confused me. I read, “Lose The Fat, Keep The Strength: Escalating Density Training For Body Comp Breakthroughs”. Should I disregard his somewhat contradictory intro and just follow his example or do you have a better idea on this?
Any other opinions on EDT are welcomed as well!
