You’ve mentioned daily arm work… are you doing bicep and tricep work daily or just on days you workout or ?

Haven’t updated in a bit.

Squats last Sunday. Just did 3x3 with like 325, then some leg press with 4 plates. My legs were sore for like 3 days after that.

OHP day following Monday.
Push press with football bar 155 3x5 (football bar is a lot tougher than a barbell).
Strict press with football bar 125 3x5
chin up 3x12
TRX row 3x12
arms (can’t remember)

Deadlift day on Wednesday
545 x1
495 2x3
405 5x5
chins 3x12
pullups 3x8
arms can’t remember what I did

Bench on Friday
Bench 325x1, 300x3 275 3x5
narrow press 225 3x8

Arms again.

Duffalo bar squat 300 3x5

ran the rack for curls 30, 25,20 no rest.

I did strict after though. I’m really bad at push press, so only cheating a lil.

I get a bit more into the groove tonight, which was welcomed. Been feeling lazy lately.

I think I strict press more than push press. It’s definitely a skill!

Deadlift day. Tried hex bar handles down. Harder than I thought.

Didn’t do my normal chin ups. Elbow felt a little funky, so took a day off from them.

Sooo, starting a cycle. 700 mg/wk Test split EOD. I need to step up the training. Just using this as a spot to track my thoughts, get feedback. Would like to see progress on my lifting numbers. Hopefully getting my bench back to where it was, and perhaps surpassing it (previous max was 385). Nerve injury set me back on my 4 plate goal. My 1RM is probably about 330 ATM. At the same time, I don’t want to get fluffy. I’ve been enjoying the more jacked looking physique. Arms always need improvement too lol.

I am thinking of doing alternating volume and heavy days for the squat and deadlift each week. So one week heavy deadlifts, and volume squats, and the next week heavy squats and volume deadlifts. At the same time, I might just do volume for squats (or I should say legs, as I plan on incorporating more machine work), and deadlift heavy each week, or alternate volume and heavy for deadlifts, while keeping leg work to volume?

I am adding some nutrition to hopefully get some muscle gains. I eat fairly consistently, so to start, I am adding a bagel and cream cheese to my morning, as well as a protein shake (I had been fasting until lunch). That had me maintaining 195 lbs. That will add about 600 calories to my day if I keep things consistent.

I’ll update this more, as I think I would like to have my plan for my lifts for the upcoming couple of months mapped out. I am planning on this blast being a bit longer. 20 weeks, then back to cruise of 175 mg/wk test.

Any plans to up the dosage at all or add any other compounds along the way?

I just saw my supplier added DHB to their line up. I might order that for the tail end. Here is what I’m starting with:

Test E 700 per week shot EOD
Cialis 12.5 mg EOD
Finasteride 0.5 mg EOD
Prilosec 20 mg/day

Still thinking about how to lay out the training. I want to print everything out to follow.

I thought you ditched the finistride? You just bringing it back for the blast?

Minus the pip I thought dhb helped me stay leaner/drier while on. Thats the only thing I noticed but as you know, it’s different for everybody! Excited to see where you take this.

I did ditch it. I don’t know if it was the finasteride, but it was a time of high libido, but when I was on it, I was just so horny. Because of that, I was whacking it all the time (some to porn, which can cause ED as well). Sorry, pretty personal. I think because of that, I got some ED. A lifters hand can grip pretty tight lol. I think I got used to that. I’m thinking that was the cause, because none of the other symptoms occurred (normally the guys who get ED, also experience low libido). I got that under control now (the jacking off). I also added the Cialis. I’ll bail if I run into issues again though. Just didn’t think I gave it a fair shot, and I think the drug had a lot of upside if you don’t get the bad sides.

Since we are opening up and sharing too much info, I thought of this after reading your post and it made me laugh.

That work chick from the gym I messed around with… strong AF and had TINY little callused hands. Like miniature versions of mine :joy: it was great man :joy::joy::joy:

What changed your mind on a blast? About a month ago in some topic you mentioned that you think you wont blast much anymore and just stick to the “healthy” way.
