Well, I got sick of my friends blasting and looking yolked and strong. I think for me sides with Test are pretty minimal. However, I have put on some water weight. Was 202 this morning. I weighed in at 193 at the start.

I am going to give that finasteride another try. I think if that works out, I can get away without any cosmetic side effects.

I also want to try a blast in a surplus. The last go around when I actually used a dose that will do something lol (first was 325 mg/wk, second was 600-650 mg/wk), I didn’t eat to gain. Today I did have that protein shake, and bagel and cream cheese. Those add up to an additional a bit over 40 g of protein, and about 600 calories. I’ll stick to what I have been typically eating outside of that change for now.

Training from last night. Overhead night. Still suck at push press.

Push press 155 3x8
Strict press 155 3x5 (these sets felt about the same difficulty, less reps, but also after the push press)
Weighted chin +50 3x5
chin 3x10
Cable curl 120 x12 immediately followed by 80 x10 3 sets
Rope tricep pushdown 130x12 immediately followed by 80x10 3 sets
Side delt raises 25x12 followed by 20x10

Need to do some thinking today on what I want to do for training. I am thinking of adding some more legs on bench and OHP day. My thought is that the legs can hold a lot of muscle, they are a bit smaller / weaker than they were awhile ago, and they should be pretty good for keeping fat from being built. Like if the legs always want to grow, they should create a lot of nutrient demand, and keep things from going to the stomach.

Deadlift day

Handle down deadlift 415 4x5 stopped at 4 sets, back was pumped and not recovering. Feels like a conventional deadlift to me, which I’m not used to.
Weighted chin +35 5x5
Handle up hex bar with slow negative (didn’t want to set up a rdl) 315 3x10
Pull-up 3x8
Leg press 365 3x10
Cable bicep curl 2x15 120 with burnouts at 80

My back and legs feel trashed. Skipped a few things because I have to train tomorrow and didn’t want to hit triceps, and back was to fried for ghr.

I seem to do well with volume. Throwing the leg press in there to hopefully ward off fat. I think I have that three days a week. I figure if the legs want to grow all the time, hopefully they do, and not my stomach. I have a tough time bulking these days. I just want to stay lean, but a bit of fat will be fine.

Squats today. My back has been getting brutal back pumps. I took it a bit easier in the things that flare it up.

Lots of bloating from the test blast (up 10 lbs in a week). I’ve noticed it all seems to be in the stomach :man_facepalming:. I’ve added some tbol in since Friday at 40 mg/day. Might be making the back pumps worse. I’ll drop that off the back stays flared up.

Feeling pretty strong. Up about 10 lbs in a week. Added tbol at 40mg/day since Friday. Will run that through October. Test up to 875 mg/wk. I figure just fill that syringe all the way up lol, no leaving 0.2ml in there.

I do feel a bit more bloating is due to the finasteride. Added .25 mg of adex EOD. Blood work in a few weeks to see where I’m at. Going yolo lately.

Aren’t your numbers there pretty close? You still on blast?

I’m thinking the tbol might be pretty good for me when it comes to strength. I guess the Germans liked it for strength and sports performance.

Idk. I don’t think I’ve hit 8 yet and I don’t push press.

Heck no man. I’ve been TRT natty and no diet for a while now lol. I’m building courage to get back going.

I was on cruise for about a year before this blast. I think just one longer one each year seems pretty good for me.

Just thinking of loud. I think I’m gonna do amraps on my last sets of pressing and rowing /chin up. I won’t do them on lower body for now because of back pumps. Maybe I’ll do them on belt squats?

Initial feelings of the cycle. 900 test with tbol feels a lot stronger than the last 650 mg/ week test cycle. Feels like I can do set after set. More rep endurance than peak strength, but I’m doing more volume now, so that’s great for me. Probably going to do 4 weeks at the end with tbol too. Will probably use up my 2.5 weeks worth of var too (@50 mg/day). Hopefully a 405 bench is there at the end. Would also like over 225 on the strict press. The var should help with strength.

Pretty good day aside from the back pumps. Hopefully those die down a bit. Might do sumo next week. It just doesn’t mess with my back the same. Up about 10 lbs, all in the stomach lol.

Bench day. Loving the test and tbol combo. Hit 350 for an easy single today. Before the blast I missed the second rep of a double with 325. I think that was three weeks ago.

I’m sure some of the strength gains are because of building strength I already had, but it feels good to be moving weights that I haven’t touched in a long time.

It seems like bloat has dropped a little. Made some tweaks to the protocol. What I’m on:

Test 875 mg/wk (been saying 900, but it is 250 mg pinned EOD)
Tbol 40 mg Ed
Finasteride .5 mg Ed
Adex .25 EOD
Cialis 12.5 EOD
Prilosec half tab ED
Tudca 500 mg ED
Taurine 1000 mg ED
Aspirin 325 mg ED (to lower RBC)

Looks like a lot when I type it all out.

Thought it would be interesting to do a cost breakdown of my 20 week cycle. The gear is a small portion of the drug costs. I did not include Prilosec, as I plan on continuing on that after the blast.

The total cost is $707. I am adding at least one blood work which I paid $170 for. So the total with that is $877.

I will be adding in RU58841 once I get it. Man, that RU stuff is expensive. I might try the raw powder if I do another blast so save some coin. Maybe I am just being silly as my hair is pretty darn good for my age, but I really want it to stay that way. I am not taking the dosages in the legend. I am microdosing much of these compounds, but those are the dosages that the tabs / oil comes in.
