Benefits of Berry Seeds?

Hai Guise,

I love me my shakes with lots of berries in it.

What I noticed with blackberries, blueberries and the like is that a bulk of seeds accumulates at the bottom of the shaker. Since I don’t like consistency, I’ve always flushed them.

My question: is the nutritional value of berry seeds so high that I’d be better of having them or is it insignificant? Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone? I’m so ronery…

The seeds will provide you with fiber which most people don’t get enough of.

Fiber sources I like are berries, all bran, these highly processed tortillas
I get at walmart that have 13 g of dietary fiber and 6 g of net carbs, prerinsed quinoa,
and steel cut oats.
