Benching Technique

I have been training this girl for the last month or so and last night she was benching. And her “chest” gets in the way. What is the best way for her to bench? Lower on the chest?

I lower the bar to my chest right below my breasts.

Depends on what she is trying to do. For hypertrophy, she will need to touch the bar just below her breasts, or she could use a cambered bar to get full range of motion.

If she is powerlifting, she just shortened her raw range of motion, so its all good, bench to the highest point.
