i dont have time to nap for 3 hours and thats like a sleep, a nap in my books is like a short rest that relaxes your nerves system and when your body doesnt move and your eyes are shut. i dont ussually fall asleep but it sure as hell relaxes me and when i get up again i have noticable energy increase compared to before the nap, try it tell me what you think

eyes shut no sound no movement
15-30mins set a timer

Yeah it does…Whenever I nap for that long I wake up more tired than before. I’ll try it out today after lifting though…I think Waterbury preaches that it’s good for neural recovery.

What are your goals? Also how old are you and how long have you been training?
