i dont have time to nap for 3 hours and thats like a sleep, a nap in my books is like a short rest that relaxes your nerves system and when your body doesnt move and your eyes are shut. i dont ussually fall asleep but it sure as hell relaxes me and when i get up again i have noticable energy increase compared to before the nap, try it tell me what you think

Yeah it does…Whenever I nap for that long I wake up more tired than before. I’ll try it out today after lifting though…I think Waterbury preaches that it’s good for neural recovery.
